A typical wall panel construction has been granted a 2.33-hour (140 minutes) fire rating, with the panel intact after the test. These construction panels are available in a range of thickness from 3mm to 20mm with a standard panel size of 1220x2440mm. However other sizes are available upon request. These panels are suitable for outer walls, partitions, ceilings and floors, and have been used for concrete formwork with great success. These panels may be painted or wall papered with an outstanding service life. The panels are highly resistant to creaking and are moderately flexible; moisture exposure has little effect.</p> <p><b>Suggested uses:</b> For internal and external walls, in hotel, restaurant, factory, shopping malls, cinema, theatre, hospital, train or bus terminal, airport, school etc.</p> <p><b>Material characteristics:</b> Light weight, impact resistant, fire-proof, moisture resistant, sound proofing, heat insulating, chemical resistant, insect proof, erosion resistant.</p> <p><b>Benefits:</b> more space efficient, easily drilled for electrical and plumbing. It can also be cut, routed, painted and tiled.
